Due to COVID-19  and being a small business we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing on Cassie's Cure hoodies and tees as they are unisex and preshrunk! We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if unsure with the fit or fabric, or email us for personal assistance on picking a size! For Cassie's Cure individual size charts are on the listings and all items are true to size unless stated otherwise. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. 

Once your order has been processed within my 12 business day time frame, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS, or your Route package protection so they can best serve you.
